Applied Epic

RSign for Applied Epic

App Overview:

RSign® is the simplest to use and most affordable feature-rich electronic signature service. RSign for Applied Epic makes it easy for clients to seamlessly create RSign eSignature envelopes with one or more Applied Epic documents & Contacts and automatically save the signed documents & the Signature Certificate back in Applied Epic once the e-signature workflow is completed.

Specifically, this application allows to:

  • Click-Send: send documents for eSignature directly from your Applied Epic platform
  • Magic-Retreive: automatically receive signed contract and the e-signature record back into Applied Epic platform
  • Activities: automatically create Applied Epic activities to track your eSign envelopes and have the latest updates synchronized
  • Access your Applied Epic contact library inside RSign
  • Drag and drop control fields in RSign to prepare your document
  • Add custom reminders, notifications, and security access to your transaction
  • Assign a signing order for your recipient’s
  • Allow signers to attach files while signing
  • Apply advanced rules and templates to your document

RSign and eSignatures by RPost® have been used for more than a decade in more than 100 countries worldwide by governments and businesses of all sizes.

Note: RSign for the Applied Epic application requires an SDK license. Customers with an existing Developer SDK license already have this integration included and can therefore skip this step.

If a customer holds a different SDK version or does not have an SDK at all, Applied Epic allows them to purchase a Runtime SDK license (version 2021.01 or newer). This license includes the enablement of the necessary methods for integration at no additional cost.

If the customer organization does not have (or does not wish to purchase) any Applied Epic SDK license, RPost One for Microsoft Outlook and RPost One for Windows OS (both free of charge) make it seamless to send documents for e-signature from any web or desktop application, or directly from the email compose window in Outlook, and even capture recipient, email body and subject line.
