Intelligent Content Security with RPost’s First-Ever AI Security Agent

The Rise of Content Security Agents.

Armand here, RPost’s armadillo product evangelist. I’m proud to share that once again, RPost is on the forefront of innovation. We at RPost today announced the availability of the first ever AI Security Agent making content intelligent. This builds on our recent award, winner of the 2024 Aragon Research Innovation Award for Content Security

For those of you who are not routinely using ‘Silicon Valley’ speak, let me explain where an AI Agent fits in the broader world of AI magic.

The development of modern artificial intelligence stems from the ‘AI Model,’ which, when trained with data, ad-hoc inputs, and programmed prompts, evolves into a useful ‘AI Assistant.’ In data security, AI Assistants process input data from both the environment and internal systems, generating alerts, visualizations, informative content, and analytical reports.

What’s next?

OpenAI’s CEO has expressed the belief that 2025 will be the year of the ‘AI Agent,’ while Nvidia’s CEO has stated that ‘Agentic AI’ will become a reality in 2025. I share this OpenAI and Nvidia vision and that is why we at RPost are so excited to introduce the first-ever ‘AI Security Agent.’

By ‘AI Security Agent,’ we refer to AI-powered technology that not only detects and alerts on data leaks and cybercriminal activity but also learns over time. This system can automatically do what IT security professionals would otherwise need to spend time doing throughout the day and night to un-leak maliciously exfiltrated, human error induced, or cybercriminal lured leaks, automatically, 24/7.

Why is this more important today? There is an abundance of insider threats, leaks and third-party risks that are powered-up with the latest AI designed by cybercriminals for cybercriminals. Many large organizations believe most of the smaller supplier, advisory, and outsource partners are currently compromised and are leaking sensitive information.

For example, if you look at the most modern F-35 US fighter jet, and then see the J-35 Chinese fighter jet, you’ll see incredible similarities --- even in their naming conventions… A sensitive design leak at the Air Force or one of its suppliers? Hmm…

Put squarely in the context of our RPost cybersecurity technology:

  • The RPost AI Model: The Eavesdropping™ AI model is designed to analyze and interpret vast amounts of dynamic metadata from transmission of messages, documents, images, and files. It turns complex data into actionable insights to detect potential risks.
  • The RPost AI Assistant: The AI Defense™ dashboard is RPost’s real-time, web-based and email/text real-time bulletin that acts as one’s AI Assistant. It provides a dynamic view of the model’s output, showing risks, event statuses, and actionable insights, all through an intuitive interface for seamless decision-making.
  • The RPost AI Agent: The AI Auto-Lock™ agent is RPost’s advanced agentic AI that takes decisive action. Based on the insights from the AI Assistant, it can automatically pre-empt data leaks, identify potential leakers, and stop exfiltration attempts. It proactively locks content to protect against cybercriminal eavesdropping, ransomware, financial fraud, and the growing threat of generative AI powered-up and hyper-contextualized phishing attacks.

AI-Powered Intelligent Content Security by RPost

RPost advanced AI enhances content security across documents, messages, images, and application views, effectively pre-empting insider threats, data leaks, and cybercrimes. This combination of AI-powered protection and proactive security is Intelligent Content Security. It is an intelligent way to manage security for one’s most important documents and information assets.

RPost infuses its Intelligent Content Security into email, text, documents, files, image storage, sharing, and transmissions through its main service platforms, RMail, RDocs, and RSign, that connect to email, document management, contract lifecycle systems or can be deployed as a standalone platform. These RPost AI technologies are patented and patent pending in the United States and other countries.
