As RPost CEO, I would like to personally thank you for your interest in RPost over the year, which supports our ability to protect businesspeople everywhere. We’ve been hard at work thwarting ever-evolving cyber threats, simplifying compliance with today’s privacy regulations, and empowering to do more with less time (and more affordably)—essentially, helping businesspeople thrive by way of use of our RPost technologies.

It’s you—whether through your use of our services or with your valuable insights as an advocate—that has enabled RPost to live up to our manifesto:

These awards are not just trophies on our shelf; they signify our team’s unwavering commitment to innovation, feature richness, and exceptional customer service. For our loyal customers, this is your assurance that choosing RPost was the right decision. For our future partners, it's a testament to the safety and intelligence of switching to RPost.

Leading the Way with Innovation

This year at RPost, we've advanced our technological frontiers with major patented and patent-pending innovations: our AI-Infused Email Eavesdropping™ active threat hunting service which detects anomalous activities within email correspondence even after delivery to recipients and beyond; activity which is indicative of cybercriminal lures in progress. 

And then there is the international release of our AI-Infused RDocs™ document-centric security, which offers doc owners unprecedented control and insights over shared sensitive documents.

These breakthroughs underscore our commitment to pioneering future-ready solutions.

As evidence of core innovation and uniqueness of our offerings, over the last couple of years, we’ve received seven new patent grants. Today, we have more than 50 patents granted with coverage in countries internationally.

Expanding Our Reach through Partners

Over the year, our partners saw us continue to develop our managed service provider programs the world over, with our teams on the ground in the US, India,  Australia, Across Europe and in Africa, in the United Kingdom, Brazil, and other locations deep into Latin America. For RPost, it’s not only about forging new partnerships like we’ve recently announced with Exclusive Networks and AWS Marketplace, but also being there to help our longtime partners—like pan-European Frama, based in Switzerland and Ingram Micro via their marketplaces worldwide—bring more value to their customers and their customers’ customers. This expansion makes it more convenient than ever to access, integrate and manage RPost services, complete with a local presence and global ordering and provisioning.

And, we’re infusing unique security that add layers to Microsoft security; additive security that is essential to tackle today’s cybercriminal ingenuity.

Engagement through the Human Side of Business

Staying connected with our community is vital. Our participation and sponsorship of events within our “Tour of Regions” in the Americas, UK, Europe and India keeps us at the forefront of industry developments, ensuring we're always in tune with what matters to you. This creates the opportunity to engage with our customers and partners in person; to support our customer and partner needs (new and long term).
 
Major new customers signed on in a diverse set of industries and geographies—like national oil companies, government departments, pharmaceutical and biotech firms, insurance companies, law firms, health care organizations, among many others; on top of customer renewals and expansion from our customers like Shell, Coca Cola, and Claro, among many others. Some of our customers have now expanded their use of our services into 25 countries, while others like Tata Communications, the United Nations, and Airbus Helicopter consortia NHI continue to use them worldwide.

Our Growing Team

This year, we've almost doubled our team size, a testament to our unprecedented growth. But it's not just human talent that's expanding at RPost – we're excited to introduce Armand the Armadillo, RPost's expert in SMART-as-a-Service—smarter ways to be secure, compliant, and save tons of money doing so.His first lesson in January: he’ll show you how, in 15 minutes, you can save 50% or more on your eSignatures, and enjoy better security and powerful legalities when you just switch to RSign. This expansion, both in expertise and character, is part of our commitment to providing best-in-class customer support, enhancing our services, and reaching new markets with a bit of fun.

Looking Ahead to 2024

As we step into 2024, we're filled with excitement for what the future holds: Continuing to delve deeper into core security, all the while keeping users happy with easy-to-use productivity tools, finance departments delighted with cost savings, and IT folks blissful knowing they don’t need to ration use of these RPost services and can deploy the best new security and service layers firm-wide. New apps, new customer-inspired innovations, more AI-infused intelligence, and ever-expanding automation through integrations— this is RPost in 2024.
