Specifically, now users can, with the RSign 2-way integration with iManage, select files to be sent for e-signature via RSign and receive the RSign completed document back into the right iManage record and folder. Or, from RSign web, select files from their iManage repository and send them right away to the signer. In both instances, users can opt to send the eSign request to signers by email, by SMS, by both or with a combination based on signer preferences.

• End users can authenticate with RSign through the RSign integration into iManage using user SSO credentials, freeing them from having to handle multiple credentials for the applications they use daily.    
• Customer administrators can easily configure RSign to handle user authentication through iManage credentials, making it simple for end users without need to create an RSign account and input their credentials every time they want to send a document for eSignature from iManage.    
• Customer administrators can define settings that are applied to all users under the customer company and choose whether they want to allow end users to override the company settings. Administrators can choose what settings are defined as company policies (for example, what naming convention for the signed contracts pushed into iManage should be used, or whether to generate a new version of the file for the signed contract), while allowing users to modify those preferences that the administrator decides can be defined at a user level.
