RMail® for Hummingbird by Tenant streamlines property management by automating the delivery of rent change and delinquency workflows as Registered Email™ messages. This integration enhances workflow efficiency, ensures secure delivery, and supports regulatory compliance.

Specifically, RMail for Hummingbird by Tenant allows you to:

  • Automate sending rent change and delinquency workflows as Registered Email™ messages directly through the Hummingbird platform.
  • Track the status of all Registered Email™ messages related to Rent Changes or Delinquency actions.
  • Consolidate all Registered Email™ messages within the Tenant record.
  • Automatically returns the sender a Registered Receipt™ email record with court-accepted, time-stamped legal proof of content sent and delivered via email.  
  • Efficiently review and manage Registered Email™ statuses, download original documents and Registered Receipts™.

How it Works:

  1. Log in to the Hummingbird platform and navigate to the Settings Gear.
  2. Choose “Revenue Management” from the left menu.
  3. Click on the “Property Settings” tab and set up rent change parameters.
  4. Select “Registered Email™” under “Delivery Method” for automatic registered delivery.
  5. Click “Save” to complete the rent change setup.
  6. Access all rent changes under the "Tools" option in the “Rent Management Center” section.
  7. Manually create rent changes through the “Rent Management By Tenant” tab.
  8. Log in to the Hummingbird platform and select the Settings Gear for delinquency letters.
  9. Choose “Delinquency Automation” from the left menu.
  10. Use the “Notice Manager” in the Tools section to view statuses and download documents for court-accepted proof of secure delivery.
