How-To

RSign Shortcut from Microsoft Outlook

In this video we are going to review the RSign® template feature in RMail® for outlook. In the example shown, a user decides to send a document for eSignature. When the user clicks the registered receipt button, they realize that they need to use RSign for the signature as the document they are sending is complex. In order to access RSign for the document they click on the templates link under the eSignature section of the feature pop-up. The link then opens a new tab where the user is automatically logged in to the RSign service and were they can upload and prepare the document for electronic signature.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Click the ‘Send Registered’ button when you are ready to send your document.

Step 2: Go to the eSignature section of the feature pop up and click the ‘Templates’ button at the top right of the section.

Step 3: A new tab will open and automatically log you into the RSign service where you can upload the document by clicking the ‘Upload’ button.
